We do not allow returns or refunds, and all sales made are considered final. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before making a purchase decision.
A replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:

In the case of an incorrect or defective order or damage during transit, we require customers to provide a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to end, ensuring all labels are clearly visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.
To initiate a replacement, please email us at aurabymisbah@gmail.com with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
If the replacement is approved, the product will be delivered within 7 days.
Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.
aurabymisbah reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet our requirements.
